RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Maternal Bliss, we take pride in offering high-quality, natural, and safe baby care products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have received an item in a damaged or defective condition or if you have been sent a product different from what was described in the invoice. In such cases, returns must be made with original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact. The request for a return should be initiated within three 3 business days from the date of order delivery.
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps within 3 three days of receiving your order:

Step 2: Provide your order ID details along with a description of the issue. Kindly share an image of the product and invoice for our reference.
Upon cancellation, the refund will be credited within 7-10 business days in original mode of payment.
Cancellation After Shipment Step 3: Once your request is approved, our delivery partner will pick up the product within two (2) to four (4) business days. A refund will be processed only if the returned product is in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact.
Step 4: Once the returned product has reached our ware house and once the verification is completed the refund will be initiated and will credited to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
Our products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a refund by following the steps mentioned above.
Returning Free Gifts
If your order included a free gift, it must be returned along with the original product.

Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting us via WhatsApp or through the Orders section on our website.
There will no cancellation after the product is shipped from our warehouse.
